Bonus Rules and Wagering Explained
Version of 22 September 2026. Every change to these rules carries a date. If an offer you took looked different, the version in force when you claimed it is the one that applies to you.
The welcome package
Our welcome package is NZ$1,500 + 200 free spins, spread across the first three deposits made within thirty days of registration. Each qualifying deposit must be NZ$20 or more.
- First deposit: 100% up to NZ$700, plus 100 free spins.
- Second deposit: 75% up to NZ$450, plus 60 free spins.
- Third deposit: 50% up to NZ$350, plus 40 free spins.
The package attaches automatically when you tick the box on the deposit screen. There is no promo code, and there never has been.
Wagering
The requirement is 35x of the bonus amount. It is calculated on the bonus alone and not on the bonus plus your deposit. A NZ$100 bonus therefore needs NZ$3,500 of stakes, win or lose, before the balance becomes withdrawable.
- Slots contribute 100%.
- Roulette, blackjack and video poker contribute 10%.
- Live dealer tables contribute 10%.
- You have 21 days from the triggering deposit. Unfinished wagering and the bonus attached to it expire together at the end of that period; your own money is untouched.
Which balance is spent first
Cash always goes before bonus. If you hold NZ$40 of your own money and a NZ$200 bonus, the first NZ$40 of stakes comes out of your own money and nothing counts towards wagering until it is gone. The cashier shows the two balances separately for exactly this reason, and the order cannot be reversed on request.
Maximum stake while a bonus is running
NZ$7.50 per spin or hand. A larger stake is blocked by the cashier rather than accepted and voided later, so you cannot lose a bonus by mis-clicking. Buying a bonus feature inside a slot counts as a stake at its full price.
Games that do not count
A handful of titles clear wagering so reliably that they stop being a game of chance, and they are excluded while a bonus is running. The lobby marks every one of them with a note on the tile before you open it, so you never find out afterwards.
- Slots with a fixed or near-fixed return, including most jackpot ladders and hold-and-win grids sold on a guaranteed payout.
- Any table where both sides of a bet can be covered at once, which is most of the low-edge roulette variants.
- Live game shows during a bonus round, because the multiplier makes the stake unrelated to the risk.
- Practice or demo mode, which uses no real money and therefore counts for nothing in either direction.
One offer at a time
An account runs a single bonus at once. Claim a reload while the welcome package is still wagering and it waits in the cashier until the first one finishes or expires; nothing is lost by claiming early. The queue is visible in the promotions panel with the order it will run in.
Withdrawing before wagering is finished
You can withdraw your own cash balance at any moment, bonus or no bonus. Doing so ends the active bonus and closes anything still tied to it, which the cashier says on the confirmation screen with the figures filled in. What it does not do is delay the payment: a cash withdrawal with an abandoned bonus behind it is processed on the ordinary schedule.
Free spins
The 200 spins are released 20 a day over 10 days on a selection of slots we publish each month. Winnings from spins go to the bonus balance and carry the same 35x requirement. Spins not used by the end of their day expire.
Cashback
Cashback is calculated weekly on net losses and paid every Monday as cash, with no wagering attached. The rate depends on your loyalty tier. Deposits that were never played do not count as losses.
Net loss means stakes minus returns over the seven days to Sunday midnight, on your own money only. Play funded by a bonus is outside the calculation, since the money at risk was not yours; so is a week that finished ahead, which simply pays nothing rather than carrying a debt into the next one.
Loyalty
Points accrue on every real-money stake. Tiers unlock higher daily withdrawal caps, faster processing and, at the upper levels, a named account manager. Tiers are reviewed monthly and a tier can go down as well as up if play stops.
What counts as a qualifying deposit
A deposit qualifies if it is NZ$20 or more, made in NZD from a method in your own name, and the offer box is ticked before you confirm it. A deposit made with the box unticked cannot be converted into a bonus afterwards — the cashier has already settled it — but the tier stays open for the next one within the thirty days.
Bonuses and the tools in your profile
A deposit limit is applied before the offer, so a limit that stops a deposit stops the bonus with it. An account under self-exclusion receives no promotional email, no reload and no spins, and a bonus running at the moment you self-exclude is closed with your cash balance paid out. Taking a break is never made more expensive than not taking one.
Declining a bonus
You can deposit without taking the offer. The choice sits on the deposit screen, not buried in a settings menu, and a cash balance is withdrawable with no wagering at all. Both routes stay open to you.
Cancelling a bonus mid-way
Cancel an active bonus from the cashier. Your own deposit and any winnings already converted to cash stay with you; the bonus balance and anything still tied to it closes. We show the figures before you confirm.
Abuse
Bonus hunting across duplicate accounts, stake patterns designed only to clear wagering with no risk, and playing from a shared device with another account all end the offer. Deposited funds are always returned.
Checking an offer before you take it
If the wording of a promotion does not match what you see in the cashier, ask us first. [email protected] answers questions about bonus terms, and an answer beforehand is easier for everyone.
